My fee is typically a minimum flat rate against which there is an hourly charge. In very minor situations with existing clients and with some new clients I will occasionally charge a two hour minimum and then we go from there. You may have a situation that is going to be protracted. Then we can sign a contract which will guarantee my response and at a lower rate for an extended period. I believe you will find the fee to be fair and proportionate to what we accomplish. If there is a proverbial gun to your head please do not tarry.
