During this highly interactive and high-energy 90-minute presentation participants learn the critical principles necessary to follow so their company/institution can better respond to crises, urgent situations, or critical issues. Because speaker Rick Amme has been helping organizations respond to crises for almost 13 years and was a journalist for two decades before that, he packs the presentation with real world examples that illuminate the principles and also shows video clips that drive home the points. Included with the crisis response principles are segments on teamwork, understanding the media, and preparing to talk with reporters and other important audiences when the chips are down.
